We know everyone is eager to schedule an appointment, and we wholeheartedly thank you for being so understanding! We genuinely appreciate all of you for your love and support and patience as we move into this new phase.
We will reopen Monday June 1st, when we have our new COVID-19 safety protocols in place and our staff completes training. Your safety and the safety of our team are our number one priority.
Starting on Monday, May 25th, we will contact clients who had appointments cancelled due to the shutdown. Once we have reached out to them, we will reopen our schedule to all clients and enable online booking.
Because of our new safety protocols, we will be able to see fewer clients per day. It is going to take us a little longer to catch up and get everyone back on a regular schedule. Please be nice and patient with us, we will see as many clients as possible.
We want to do this right and ensure we have all proper protocols in place. Please note the following changes will be strictly enforced. We will follow up for more information as we get closer to reopening. - NO extra guests. Only clients with appointments allowed. - Our waiting area will be closed. You must wait in your car and let us know when you arrived. More detailed instructions to follow. - YOU MUST WEAR A MASK - If you do not have a mask, we will have masks available for a nominal fee. - You must be symptom-free of any illness at least 72 hours before your appointment. - For clients who require assistance, additional guests must be pre-approved before your appointment. We will not grant approval in person.
We know this is quite a burden on everyone. But if this is the price we pay to make sure we can get back to work and take care of you, we have no problems with it. We cannot WAIT to see you again!
